Mount Meru (4566m) is often under-estimated and even though it is lower than Kilimanjaro (5895m), it is strenuous to summit because of the long and steep ascent to the crater rim.
Summiting mount Meru does not require any technical climbing, it’s mainly trekking, but fitness is required to a certain degree.
