Kilimanjaro Guru Expedition was established in 2017 as a local tour operator situated
in the northern part of Tanzania, nestled under the majestic slopes
of Mount Kilimanjaro in the renowned town of Moshi.
Our location in this region, known as the heart of Tanzania tourism,
offers an incredible opportunity to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the vast wilderness.
The foundation of our company was laid by a team of highly experienced individuals,
who have spent the last decade exploring the natural wonders of this remarkable land.
At Kilimanjaro Guru Expedition, we hold a deep belief in finding inner satisfaction
and joy through immersing ourselves in the physical splendor of this land.
We are firm believers that the ultimate path to self-discovery lies in journeying through
the majestic wilderness and embracing the breathtaking beauty that this land has to offer.
Your Guide
Imran is a professional mountain and safari guide and the founder of Kilimanjaro Guru Expedition.
He was born and raised on the southern slopes of the Kilimanjaro mountain and is closely associated with its nature, due to growing up here and experienced working as a porter in his teenage years while schooling.
In 2012 he participated in a mountain guide training course conducted by the Kilimanjaro National Park and in 2013 studied tourism for two years in college.
Since that time, he has been successful at guiding clients on mountain excursions and safari trips.
In 2018 he went to Nepal and at the Everest base camp got the opportunity to visit the Buddha temple where he learned a bit about Buddhism and decided to use the word Guru within the company name.
